Attached is a quick hack that talks to the National Instruments GPIB
Enet gpib-over-ethernet adapter. The protocol is binary over TCP/IP and
not very difficult. I implemented the most interesting functions. It
might be interesting to have this as a new driver in the linux-gpib
libgpib.so so that everyone can access those devices via standard
means. Feel free to adapt the code to your needs.
