Hello

I wrote a little help text to setup the SiS Framebuffer. I think
that is currently missing.

I usally activate the VESA Framebuffer, but a few days ago I bought a cheap
laptop with a SiS Chipset and I was lost how to activate the SiS
Framebuffer.

It's no indepth guide or something, just a little help to setup the
framebuffer quick.

Its my first contribution ever made, so if something wrong or not good
enough please tell me.
