[Linux-fbdev-devel] compile problem for radeon_fb.c in 2.4.18-pre3

The module radeon_fb.c that is in linux-2.4.18-pre3 fails to compile
due to missing definitions for TMDS_TRANSMITTER_CNTL and others.
The error message is below.  The problem developed somewhere
between 2.4.17 and 2.4.18-pre2.  One possible cause would be
a patch entered for radeon_fb.c without the corresponding patch
for radeon.h
