[Linux-fbdev-devel] vesafb and rdev

I have built a bootable rescue disk with make bzdisk which I need to use
the vesafb driver on. Unfortunely the vesafb isn't come up. I assume I
need to use rdev. Has anyone done this before so I know that exact command
I need.
