Mirroring is none of Xinerama's business. Xinerama is an extension which
combines several physical screens to a single logical one.

Mirroring is a driver feature, most of the drivers support it AFAIK but it can
only be configured statically in XF86Config. So using /dev/fb to change it
dynamically makes sense.
