[Linux-fbdev-devel] Changing modes

I'm currently implementing xxx_decode_var().  My assumptions (correct me if
I am wrong!) are that the par and info fields have been filled out.  I find
it sort of curious that the VISUAL type is in info and not var.  Is it
expected that you cannot change the VISUAL setting (that is truecolor vs
palettized) at runtime?
