Thank you. Huh, ... you are forking the XFree86, is that the wisest course ? Do you have enough manpower and coding time as compared to the Xfree86 team ? Could you please explain a bit more about the reasons of this, and explain why it is a better course than working with the Xfree code, and adapting it to our needs. Also interresting would be to know what part of the X code you will be reusing, and what part of it you won't be reusing. Notice also that this sort of moves will not make the Xfree people more happy with fbdev stuff in general :((( Friendly, Sven Luther |
