[Linux-fbdev-users] GeForce2 MX200 fbdev problem

I'm using RedHat Linux 7.2 on Kernel 2.4.18 with fbset suport for
nvidia chips.
The system doesn't respong when I shut down the X Server which is
configured to run with the nvidia module driver (from www.nvidia.com).
The same happens when I use FBDEV X server.
Everithing works fine when I run without fbdev compiled in kernel.
