 Hello,
 Somebody knows how can i make a console like SuSE 8.0?
 I want a tty1 with a picture in background, and a little
work area, like SuSE 8.0 (transparent) :)

That implies an overlay/underlay support whether by software or
hardware.  There's none in the standard kernel, so SuSE must have its
own version.

Also, I remember that the author of pm3fb (Romain?) started something
similar to this, I don't know what happened to that.
