Fixes to comply with hardened build flags used by ubuntu and debian

On Ubuntu and Debian, the hardened build passes the following flags to the compilation.
Hence several formatting strings are mandatory.

$ dpkg-buildflags
CFLAGS=-g -O3 -fstack-protector --param=ssp-buffer-size=4 -Wformat -Werror=format-security
CPPFLAGS=-D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2
CXXFLAGS=-g -O3 -fstack-protector --param=ssp-buffer-size=4 -Wformat -Werror=format-security
FFLAGS=-g -O3 -fstack-protector --param=ssp-buffer-size=4
GCJFLAGS=-g -O3 -fstack-protector --param=ssp-buffer-size=4
LDFLAGS=-Wl,-Bsymbolic-functions -Wl,-z,relro

Include servicelog.db and bootstrap.sh file into compression file list

By default automake rules does not cover servicelog.db and bootstrap.sh
file which must be distributed. This causes rpmbuild failure.

This patch includes servicelog.db and bootstrap.sh file using
EXTRA_DIST variable.
