The latest Fedora kernels don't have DECnet in at all :( I think they got so
upset with the SIOCGIFCONF problems that they disabled it in a sulk.

I've opened a bug in Red Hat's bugzilla for it to be re-instated but it may be a
while as FC2 has just been released - without it.
