[Linux-decnet-user] 2.6

The patches I posted here a while ago to make DECnet on 2.6 work correctly
(SDF_WILD fix and /proc/net/decnet_cache crash fix) have now appeared in Linus'
bitkeeper tree. So they should be in 2.6.3 when it is released.

Sorry for the delay in getting these upstream.
