Hold the red button depressed while powering on and booting the decserver. After that, when you connect with moprc and get a "#", type in "access" and then type "SET PRIV" and "system". You only need the # prompt password for moprc. If you connect a terminal to any serial port of the decserver you will 'get in' direct.
