Hi,

If you've got DECnet in your kernel you should have /proc/net/decnet_dev.
If you are having problems with the device being busy its because you
can only change the MAC address when the device is down, so if you
run ifconfig eth0 it should not show "UP" in the list of flags on the
third line of output when you start to run startnet,
