I have RH 7.2. I used make xconfig to enable DECNet support. After compiling, etc. and rebooting. I can go to: /proc/sys/net/decnet And there are many files there. I have read how to change the appropriate ones. But I cannot edit them at all because they are in /proc. I have to use sysctl to modify the settings. But, I cannot alter default_device as it is not in sysctl and I cannot modify it directly. I believe this is why I get "no route to host," but I cannot change the value! Thanks for any help. --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! Platinum - Watch CBS' NCAA March Madness, live on your desktop! |
