I seem to remember that a Windows client/configurator application was developed for the DECNIS that gives you the NCL command line through one of the menu options. This should also be able to manage other devices, as I believe that it was a (reasonably) full implementation of NCL. I'm not aware of any other NCL implementations, other than of course Tru64 Unix and VMS ... Rob.
