[Linux-decnet-user] DECnet docs

It looks like the DECnet Phase IV documentation on gatekeeper.dec.com has
disappeared. maybe it got lost in the lastest mergers :(

I have a downloaded copy of these files and, copyright permitting, am happy to
put them up onto the linux-decnet web site.

Does anyone know the copyright state of these docs and if I can legally do so ?
