The specs for mop and many other DECnet protocols
are online at ftp://gatekeeper.dec.com/pub/DEC/DECnet/PhaseIV/index.html

The best place to get hold of old DEC equipment (I've found) is ebay or similar
online auction sites. Or generous donors if you're as lucky as I seem to be :=)
