I don't know the D-Link 220 or grub, but does this mean the cards are using
IRQ 3 and 4? This is a very bad idea since IRQ4 is used by the first serial
port and IRQ3 by the second serial port. This may result in some very
strange behaviour.
On most PCs, IRQs 5 and 10 are free.
