Hmmm. dncopy fails progressively - the first few 32K chunks transfer correctly, albeit slowly, and then the transfer hangs. The receiving computer is a uVaxII with a fairly slow disk, so it probably can't keep up with the incoming data rate - this does indeed point to a flow control problem.
