One minor niggle with 2.4 kernels is the fact that the neighbour table timeouts
are fixed. This seems to be OK for Phase IV nodes because they send endnode
hello messages out quite frequently but my Phase V box sends them out only every
5 minutes so the entries keep getting removed from the neightbour table
(/proc/net/decnet_neigh)

Does anyone know the magic NCL runes to set the hello timer to a shorter value ?
I'll put it in the FAQ if they do.
