[Linux-ATM-General] Miscellaneous patches not in 2.5.2

I was updating OpenWRT to use 2.5.2, and saw these patches.

All of the first patch applies...

The second patch seems to disable linking with Flex.

Can we make flex an autoconf option, i.e. --disable-flex ?

The first set of patches affect Debian... they might also apply to Ubuntu and address Francesco's issues.
