Why not ATM over Ethernet?
I have lots of ethernet hardware - would like to utilize that stuff, but take advantage of the QoS enhancements of ATM.
Point-to-point ethernet would be fine - no contention, no switches.
Extra ethernet cards are $14 each now. Multiple port ethernet cards are also available.
