Currently, usbatm driver rejects attempts to use AAL0 socket, so atmdump -t 4 0.0.35 fails. Also, when br2684ctl has a PVC used, it doesn't attempt. This is a very useful diagnostic, to check for packet loss without disconnecting.

I believe one reason this is useful is that a subtended remote-DSLAM might have congestion on the ATM circuit back to the Host DSLAM, and this is sometimes mistaken as local loop problems.
