#12 Not Enough Memory

If I use the elf_mark utility to mark a SCO5 binary with -5, my executable runs, but produces a "Not enough memory" error.

I am using IBCS 3.8 modules on CentOS 5.3 i386 with 2.6.18 kernel (unpatched).

Question:
Do I have to patch the kernel source AND use the ibcs 3.8 modules? Or just 1 or the other.
