Some small fixes to ibcs-3.9.2 to keep it going on 3.0 kernel series (actually 3.0.4).
Just to celebrate 3.0, I got rid of KSL conditional compilation.
It would have become too unreadable to keep track of KV _and_ KSL,
(something like #if _KSL > 28 || _KV > 2) so I think it is time to start over.
And last, to date optimization is required. See Documentation.

I have compiled 3.9.2 on rhel6.5 and sco foxbase is running perfectly according to my need. But when I try to run sco lotus I am getting the foolwing errors. Please help me
