linux-abi patch for plain linux kernel 2.4.20.

I generated this patch by applying linux-abi-2.4.18.0.patch
to a plain 2.4.20 kernel, there were some failures when I
did the patch, which I managed to rectify without too much
problem. I have not tested it extensively, but it seems to
work okay for my purposes. I am running some old SCO
binaries.

parche en un linux Red hat 9.1 kernel 2.4.20-8 in i686
Nesecito instalar un rmcobol para Sco Open Server en este
Red hat les agradesco cualquier ayuda por favor
