Seems to be that ubuntu users are stuck on 10.04 version to run linux-abi, none of the combinations of vanilla kernels and ibcs versions works. The need of upgrade to 12.04 LTS is eminent, I ask for a direction for successfull compile linux-abi on ubuntu 12.04.

I concur. This is also my experience.
I did find that ibcs-3.9.3 DOES compile with Ubuntu 11.04 Natty, but no Ubuntu versions since then.
And I have tried all the ibcs versions up to /ibcs-3.10-3.5.1 against Ubuntu 12.04.
