"Converted" the original Seetrax Ranger command station design to Eagle
(by re-drawing it based on a print-out!)
This is probably a dead-end, though

Updated to build on a recent system with kernel>2.6 and GCC>4
Converted /proc/dccstat to use seq_file method
Device names adjusted to cope with UDEV no longer being able to set them
Attempts at some error handling
- don't lock up the kernel if the command station doesn't ACK
- Report this as an error, pass to Python code as an exception
Better diagnostics on XTC file read failure (exceptions!)
Crude handling of crossings (declared as "turnout" in XTC)

Added some files that were missed from the initial commit
Set some useful svn:ignore properties

Removed some stray "svn:executable" properties

Updated GPSim module library (for firmware testing) to build against current
version of GPSim

Web page update

Updated PIC code including the new encoder-based smart throttle
