Linz Neural Network System / News: Recent posts

The initial source code version has just been submitted to the CVS repository. The eclipse project and ANT build file also are included, but will require some modifications for use on your local environment. Also the modifications to libraries used are not yet published.

In late May 2008, a first upload will follow. This includes the current development project, and a documentation paper.

The current development progress includes
* Java framework to create neural networks
* GUI editor for neural networks
* save and import files in SNNS network file format
* Standard Backpropagation
* Activation Functions: Binary Threshols, Identity, Logistic, Modified Logistic (Stornetta/Hubermann, 1987)
* fast-executable compiled networks
