Progress - Upload Code

• The core of the program is now able to understand, create, and validate packet headers(pretty screenshots to come).
• I have done a lot of studying(and tinkering) into the structure of the protocol's payload. I have most of the basic operations mapped out, but I just need to find another chunk of time to get it implemented.
• An initial version seems to be just around the corner.

I will try to upload my working directory later today.
