Added source and dest call to the SMARQ frames so that more than two users can be on the channel and only the dest call will answer. Minor UI adjustmenst to application level style sheet. Flattened buttons. Changed all fonts to Liberation Sans for UI controls.

fix closeEvent function to eliminate closing objects handled by Qt and to make all QTimers pointers and clean up the beaconTimer code to ensure it is not created unless needed. Default all stack pointers = 0;
