which linkt-version do you have?
Which kde-version do you have?
do you have ax25-utils installed?
Which version?

Compiling linkt 0.8rc3:

First get the latest CVS-version:

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:ano...@cv...:/cvsroot/linkt\
  co linkt

Change to directory linkt. Read INSTALL.cvs.

export KDEBIN=/path/to/kde/bin (set here YOUR real path)
make -f admin/Makefile.common
make
(as root):
make install
