Bulk Registration

Linksafe now supports multiple iname purchases in a single transaction. Look for the "Bulk" link under the Registration tab.

Customers purchasing more than one iname in a bulk transaction may choose whether to create "All New Authorities", "One New Authority and the Rest Synonyms" or (if authenticated to an account with a Persona in the same top level registry) "All Synonyms" of the existing Authority.

Local Account Transfer

A long standing request to enable Persona account split and merge has been release under the Transfers area. Now when two Personas exist within the same account they can be split into separate accounts. This will make gifting a Persona a simple process. A Persona Transfer via email is in the works.

Relying Party

There's a new application in the Linksafe code repostory under rails/relying_party. This application currently demonstrates using Information Cards for access control in a demo rails application. I intend to maintain it as a resource for organizations looking for a relying party and as a collection of relying party authentication processes.

SourceForge code in Production

I've just finished polishing Linksafe's own theme plugin and with that have launched the SourceForge repository into production on http://linksafe.name and http://iname1.cim3.net.

Linksafe has been a production ibroker since the offical iname launch date of June 20, 2006 but only now is the code easily available for use and review on SourceForge.
