thank you very much for your project. I am new for the EIB.
Now i want to ask you, could you please tell me, which hardwares i must have?
Need i have an EIB-Installation at first?
from your Project-Homepage, i have seen, that :
I use a Linksys WRT54GS wifi router running OpenWRT. The physical access to the KNX bus is ensured by the EIBD daemon, connected to the bus using a BCU2 bus coupling unit and a home made-interface using FT1.2 protocol.
So i think for a development-enviroment, we need just a WIFI-Router(installed OpenWRT and EIBD daemon) and a BCU2 and some lines? Thx!

It all depends what you want to do.

Can you explain what you want to develop?
For some developments in linknx you even don't need anything except a linux PC. Linknx runs also perfectly on a desktop PC, and if what you want to develop doesn't need EIB bus access, you even don't need EIBD to develop and test it. If you need bus access, perhaps you can add a stub backend to EIBD that simulates a real EIB bus. I already thought about it in the past but didn't find the time to develop it.
