[Linkbase-devel] LinkBase pre1.2 release

Hi there,

LinkBase version pre1.2 is available for download. Here is a list of
what has changed since version 1.1 :

- A mail can optionnaly be sent each time a link is submitted to notice
  the moderator about it.
- A patch that disables all LinkBase's moderation features (for
  version 1.1)
- Updated the norwegian version (thanks to Sven-Erik Andersen)
- Added links to check every box at once in the moderation panel
- Added support for sub-topics. This feature makes it possible to sort
  links using a topic tree, and use LinkBase like a link directory.
	WARNING : because of sub-topic support, the database format has
			changed since version 1.1. Please read the UPGRADE file if
			you are upgrading from an older version of LinkBase.
- Some minor bugfixes

This is a pre-release. You shouldn't use this version in a
production environnement since there may still be some bugs.

*** Notes to translators ***
- all translators are invited to subscribe to the 'linkbase-devel'
  list.
- please download the pre1.2 version from :
	http://linkbase.sourceforge.net/download/LinkBase-pre1.2.tar.gz
- because of the the new features there are listed above, additional
  sentences have been added to the languages files. You are invited to
  translate the 8 sentences at end of the following files :
	no.inc.php3
	de.inc.php3
	es.inc.php3
  The french and the english versions have already been updated.
- The modhelp.html files in inc/xx/modhelp.html (where xx is the
  iso-code of the language) are no longer up to date.
  I made a little change around the lines 15 to 18 of the
  inc/en/modhelp.html file. The french version has already been
  updated.
  Please update the version you are responsable for.
Once you've have finished the work (this is a 10 minute's work), you
can proceed as usual by sending the updated version as an attachement
to gu...@us...

*** Note to end-users/developpers ***
There may still be some bugs in this pre1.2 version.
I would really appreciate any feedback from testers, this includes :
- (clear :-) bug reports 
- advices, ideas of features to add, ...
- patches (what ?! who says I'm a dreamer !? :-)
