Dear LinkBase user,
I am proud to announce release candidate 2 of LinkBase 3.0. There are
not many visible changes since RC1. I fixed various bugs and improved
the usability (linkbase tries to remember the currently selected topic
whenever possible, to provide a useful default selection.)
If you are already using 3.0-RC1, you should update to RC2 (no database
changes). If you still use Linkbase 2.0 or older, I strongly encourage
you to try out whether 3.0-RC2 works for you and report problems to me.
As soon as 3.0 stable is out, you really should upgrade, as 2.0 has some
severe security problems.
Please try it out and tell me whether you find any problems, bugs,
improvements etc. so I can release a stable version of LinkBase in the
next months.
