subclass Channels in order to
* add remote master channel
* allow expand button functionality fir remote channels
* simplify switching decisions for the Mixer class
subclass Channel in order to
* remove xmit and solo buttons for master and remote master channels
* set xmit/rcv text implicitly for locals and remotes
* add expand buttons to remote master channels
* show/hide add channel button for single remaining local channel
this should also simplify or eliminate the ChannelConfig class
