Moin,

I finally decided to commit my (not entirely finished) code to CVS so people 
can at least test it :)
The KWallet handling still is a bit buggy, partly also caused by KWallet 
itself being buggy (I once managed to hang KWallet, it stopped providing 
passwords to _any_ application).

So far two ways of authentication exist:
- save password in kwallet
- don't save at all, i.e. ask for password on connect

I will probably change this to either save both username+pw in kwallet or save 
nothing at all and ask for both on connect, saving only the username in 
kconfig looks weird to me.

Btw, KDE 3.4 will have passwordless wallets, i.e. klcc will have access to its 
data without being forced to enter a password to open the wallet.
That change will essentially make kwallet equal to the old config-saved data 
and make lazy people happy ;)
