#6 change accounting period for lclog

I want to be able to set what the first day (or last
day) of the accounting period for lclog. It is
currently first day of month to last day of month and
lclog output is something like this

"Row of headings"
"April 2003"
username ...
...etc

What I want is to set something like
accounting_start_day=14
to get output like this

"Row of headings"
"from 14th April 2003 to 13th May 2003"
username ...
...etc
