aplay -l shows
card 3: UX1 [TonePort UX1], device 0: TonePort UX1 [TonePort UX1]

The audio device can be opened for record/playback, but is quiet (no sound
on input or output).
None of the parameters for the device (bass, treble etc) appear in sysfs:
