I just commited initial version of x3_debug utlity - simple console that allows
to send certain commands to x3 device. It can initialize it, set drive value on POD
and show usb traffic. It is not any usable utility, just a foundation for understading
how it works. Now work on device protocol will be much easier and faster.

This is userspace utlity. See readme for details.
