See the FAQ's at http://line.sourceforge.net/faq.php for some more hints. LINE development is also pretty much in deep-freeze; Michael Vines basically said a year ago that he was done with LINE (who knows if he even still reads this list). It turns out that others might take up the LINE codebase to get the User-Mode-Linux port done; there's been a good bit of progress in the past few months - check out http://umlwin32.sourceforge.net/ (hey Mike, if you still read this list, that code I promised you way back when I finally gave to someone :) -Erik (ps Not that I want to discourage you from using LINE, but I'd guess it'd be easier to get the Windows version lmgrd running - I think the flexlm daemons are free, and the licenses can be served from either a Unix platform or a Windows box) |
