Not much work has been going on with Line itself.

Some similar work is going on over at user-mode-linux.sourceforge.net
I don't recall anyone reporting Line as being moved but that may have
happened.
It was mildly active back in December.

If you want to work on Line, its recent status is "reasonably useable" as I
recall.
