#8 [PATCH] [1.12.1] Add .desktop and appdata files

This will add a .desktop file, like requested in https://sourceforge.net/p/lincity/bugs/23/
Also this will add an appdata file, needed for some new "Appstores". See also https://people.freedesktop.org/~hughsient/appdata/

This requires also that a lincity.png file is moved into the icons directory (e.g. the icon from the website).
