#3 swedish keyboard.cpp to avoid alt_gr problems

kludging around the inability of the swedish X keyboard layout to produce all 7bit characters by mapping shift- qweryuiop to @^~|{[]}\ thus avoiding the necessity to switch X keyboard layouts globally to be able to type the above in linapple. Also fixes mapping for shifted numbers and ,.<>'*

still a few missing keys but not any obviously important. to type uppercase qweryuiop use capslock instead of shift.
