#5 Distorted Sound

Hi Andrey
The sound on Linapple is distorted on my machine. I am running Debian Stretch on an AMD64. I was abble to fix this problem by changing the usleep() to SDL_Delay() in the source files Frame.cpp and Timer.cpp. The usleep() in the help screen routine made the most significant improvement to sound which would suggest that this is a problem with the usleep library.
