Rather than using Graph2Tabs ability to keep related columns together (e.g. Characteristic[x] & Term Source REF) they are all laid out separately. this can cause problems when there are multiple multi-column attributes and missing values.

The equivalent bug is fixed in Limpopo-sampletab, but this can't be applied directly due to limitations in SDRFNode interface.
