#27 Parser hangs on E-GEOD-17609.idf.txt

Parser just sits there when getting to SDRF parsing stage (see below). I am using version 1.0.7.2

This SDRF has some pretty crazy protocol patterns in. I think this may be a problem with the amount of whitespace. The hanging issue is definitely fixed in the current SVN, and will be included in the 1.1 version, although there is a little bit of additional investigation I need to do to be sure this document is being parsed correctly: there are some suspicious debug log statements.
