Right now config.php "calls" common.php, this means that config.php
can't be used for any other thing than LS itself. I want to propose to make
them independent (call config.php and then common.php), this is because If
someone want to make an interface to LS, he has to make his own copy of the
database variables needed instead of just "call" config.php.
Other option could be have multiple config files, but I think it
will be more complicated for the user.
The "call" to htmleditor-functions.php will be moved to the begining
of common.php (@lemeur: htmleditor is also available for the survey taker?
If not, this "call" could be moved to admin.php).
I don't see any possible problem doing this, anyone think of
something that can be affected with this change?
